Galaxy S III rumors are a flowing... now it is just 7mm thick.

In what must be great news overal for Samsung and Android, Samsung's Galaxy S line is starting to get the Apple rumor treatment.  There have been several rumors about the next generation Galaxy S III device.  The latest rumor coming out of BGR who is saying that the phone could be as thin as 7mm.  This would make it a whole 0.1mm thinner than the Droid RAZR at its thinnest point.

Other rumors include: quad-core processor, HD Super AMOLD screen, Ice Cream Sandwich available at launch, and up to a 12 megapixal rear camera.

The question is, what compromises is Samsung making to produce a 7mm thick device?
